We all go through periods of time when we find ourselves struggling whether it is due to "normal" challenging times like the loss of a loved one or attempting to navigate the stresses of work, relationships, and family. Some of us have struggled with life-long anxiety or depression. The process of therapy allows individuals to gain tools to get "out of their own way" and meet their own personal goals and dreams.

I have over 27 years of experience in program development, administration, and the delivery of clinical services across the lifespan including children, adolescents, adults, families, couples and the elderly. My specialties include providing treatment for depression, anxiety, disruptive disorders, trauma, grief, and family difficulties. I also have extensive clinical experience in crisis management and bullying/violence prevention as well as behavior management. I have a Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work and an Educational Specialist Degree in Education Leadership from Florida International University.
